Many people wonder why they need to have a facilitator or a communication expert work with them. It is easy to think that because everyone can talk and communicate, we should all be able to do it without any help. But creating a space for constructive communication is about a lot more than just talking. Trained facilitators work to create these spaces so that everyone is heard and projects can move forward.
